The Project

This project began like many others that I have worked on. A small business that began over a decade ago had a brand with some badly needed updated and modernization.

When first updating the PFLAG SF website in 2020, our primary goal was modernizing the site. However, I quickly realized the potential of how useful their website could be.

Features I added were:

  • Upcoming events
  • Support group signup page
  • Improved support group email system (completely free software as well)
  • Feature rich donation tool implementation
  • Online database of members, donors, and community families
  • Update support phone line which features live calls and texting capabilities
  • A website easily usable for disabled individuals

LILITH WAS AND STILL IS INSTRUMENTAL TO OUR DIGITAL PRESENCE, ORGANIZATION, AND MEMBER GROWTH. THEY WILL CONTINUE TO UPKEEP AND IMPROVE OUR WEBSITE ON A MONTHLY BASIS FOR LONG TO COME.
I CANNOT RECOMMEND LILITH ENOUGH.

About the Designer

After barely surviving a harrowing mental health crisis as a teenager, Lilith Rose (they/them), they began communicating openly about their experiences. After 8 years and over a hundred speaking engagements later, they relocated to San Francisco in 2021 to advance their advocacy efforts by joining forces with PFLAG SF.

Starting out as a support group member, they continued on as a board member, and soon began leading the organization as the Executive Director.

Rose now runs their studio, Wild Rose Marketing, continuing their passions of building beautiful and effective websites while teaching everything they know
