The Project
I love projects like this one because it’s my opportunity to engross myself in a completely new industry and community. So when Shannon first approached me about building a website for her pelvic floor yoga studio, I could not wait to begin.
The primary goal was simply modernizing the site and transforming it into a tool to easily attract and book clients. After much testing and revising, we decided to focus on the most unique feature of her already unique business, the Yoga Hikes. With these, we are able to fixate on exactly the right person to become involved in further monthly events and coaching. This is the benefit of having a service that a known target market needs.
Features I added were:
- Event templates and signup process which is easily editable by the owner
- An overall revamp of the UI to modernize and highlight what is most important
- Improved signup process for group classes
- Complete overhaul of the private coaching signup process
- Lead magnet creation and email marketing training
- Guidance in social media marketing
- Complete SEO to target local potential clients for specifically pelvic floor yoga and yoga hikes

About the Designer
After barely surviving a harrowing mental health crisis as a teenager, Lilith Rose (they/them), they began communicating openly about their experiences. After 8 years and over a hundred speaking engagements later, they relocated to San Francisco in 2021 to advance their advocacy efforts by joining forces with PFLAG SF.
Starting out as a support group member, they continued on as a board member, and soon began leading the organization as the Executive Director.
Rose now runs their studio, Wild Rose Marketing, continuing their passions of building beautiful and effective websites while teaching everything they know
